Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 10 pounds will be charged a flat rate of 6 dollars for FedEx ground shipping. All packages over 10 pounds will be charged 50 cents per additional pound (For continental US only. Rates not applicable to PO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska).
How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery days?
* Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
* 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
* 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.
Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Here are a couple of delivery time examples:
* A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
* A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
* A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.
FedEx ground business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. FedEx home delivery business days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next working day
What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US mail to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery as we have been recently seeing delays in military shipments. The US Postal Service has no tracking on military orders.
International Shipping Policies
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the location, as determined by the United States Postal Service shipping rates. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
If you have a CP number: That is ONLY a customs slip number, not a tracking number. It will be used to reference your package should customs seize it. It will not track in any way.

Return Policy
Summit Industries, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction 100%. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us immediately. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price or product replacement for products sold via the online store if the request is received within 30 days of product delivery. The company agrees to refund the purchase price and shipping cost or provide product replacement at no additional charge.
